If I lose you
If I lose you
I will shatter heaven
with my silent scream,
Then go on.
Stepping gingerly
among the strewn shards.
Walk with me a little while
Walk with me a little while.
That's all.
For now.
Then,
I will ask you again.
On the fourth day
On the fourth day
her dog ate the french bread,
A wooden cat the day before.
I had been with her too long
for her dog.
